We developed a process that breaks the entire remodeling project into three major phases, the designing stage, the planning phase and then the building phase. To help simplify it even further we've broken these three phases into much easier to fallow steps these steps helps our clients understand the entirety of their project from the very begining.

1. The design process is a transformation of your thoughts into an organized plan. There are three parts to the design process:
- The first part is to design a layout that will be aligned to your vision while at the same time keeping the functionality of the room in mind.
- The second part is the selection of materials.
- The final part is to assist you in establishing a budget on material, labor and building permits; will help establish what the total investment will be for the project from start to finish.
2. Create floor plans and 3-D renditions using a computer aid drafting program that allow you to view the finished product before you start.
3. With completed plan set and specifications the last step, before we begin construction, is obtaining the Building Permit from your city. This can be a frustrating experience for a homeowner and we believe lies within our responsibilities. We have a strong working relationship with many of the cities across the tri-state area and prefer to relieve you of this responsibility.
4. Once the material selection is finalized; HomeSolutions will begin ordering all materials. Once we received your material we will store away until work begins we don't want big boxes cluttering up your house in the mean time.

5. Pre-construction walk thru (extremely important phase) we will review the final approved plans; specifications and selections. This will ensure that all involved parties are familiar with the exact scope of work.
6. Construction begins. You will be provided with an outlined scope of work and a timeline of events so that you have an overall view of the project. We will give you day to day updates and have weekly meetings to discuss progress of project.
7. Final clean up and walk thru step. We will walk thru the project and finalize any remaining details; we will not accept final payment until you are 100 percent satisfied and sign off on the job.
